MacLaren Hill is a townhome and condo association located near the Como Park community and Energy Park. It is an ideal location between both downtown Minneapolis and downtown St. Paul. Midway Stadium, Como Park, and the State Fair are all within easy walking distance.

The Association of MacLaren Hill is the organized voice of residents. The Board of Directors is elected yearly at the annual meeting in April. All members serve 2 year terms. The Board of Directors meets monthly in the 1st floor lobby of building 1392 and all residents are welcome to attend.

In addition, there are some committees that help to gather the opinions of residents and suggest projects. Residents are encouraged to participate in committees:
* Landscape
* Finance
* Atrium

A newsletter called "Signals" is also sent to residents quarterly. The newsletter contains information on community issues and upcoming events.
